Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic body roller that is excellent in non-adhesiveness or detachability and further friction force (grip force) and can stably transport and guide belt-like members such as a label without a mount and a general label with a mount.SOLUTION: An elastic material 22 of an elastic body roller has an inner layer-side elastic material 23 provided at an outer periphery of a roller shaft 21 and a coating layer 24 that is provided at the outer periphery of the inner layer-side elastic material 23 and contacts the belt-like members, and the coating layer 24 is constituted of silicone resin with C hardness (hardness according to spring type Asker C type stipulated by the SRIS 0101 standard) of 20° or less. The inner layer-side elastic material 23 is constituted of a base bottom layer 23a and an intermediate layer 23b in this order from a roller shaft side. The base bottom layer 23a and the intermediate layer 23b have rubber hardness of 30-80° according to durometer type A stipulated on the JISK 6253 standard, where rubber hardness of the base bottom layer 23a is higher than rubber hardness of the intermediate layer 23b.
