EXPANSION/CONTRACTION CARRYING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017043423
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion/contraction carrying device which accurately performs linear movement only in a specified horizontal and/or vertical direction, and can be used as a two-shaft or three-shaft orthogonal robot.SOLUTION: An expansion/contraction carrying device is equipped with: a drive source 20 which rotatably rotates a first pinion gear 14 with a motor 13 and an output shaft 13b; a base body 10 which is arranged with the drive source 20 and adhered to a specified place; a first rod body 30 which has a first rack 15 engaged with the first pinion gear 14, freely moves only in a horizontal direction to the base body 10, and restrains movement in other directions; a power transmission source 40 composed of a second pinion gear 35 arranged on the first rod body 30, and a third pinion gear 42 to which rotations of the second pinion gear 35 are transmitted; a second rod body 50 which has a third rack 52 engaged with the third pinion gear 42, freely moves only in the horizontal direction, and restrains movement in other directions, in regard to the first rod body 30; and a carrying table 60 arranged on the second rod body 50 at a higher position than an upper part position of the first rod body 30 and an upper part position of the second rod body 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
