This elastic electric contact terminal comprises; a foam elastic core having a sheet shape; a non-foam rubber coating layer which is adhered to both of upper and lower surfaces of the foam elastic core and formed continuously along one of the side surfaces of the foam elastic core; and a heat-resistant polymer film where one side of the film is adhered to the non-foam rubber coating layer so as to envelope the non-foam elastic rubber coating layer, and the other side is formed integrally with a metal layer.
