Abstract:
To provide elastic films having a perforation with improved mechanical properties, and a method for producing elastic layer materials including the elastic films.SOLUTION: Perforation holes 2 are elongated along the main elongated direction CD in the unexpanded state of the elastic film 1. The ratio of the length of the perforation holes 2 determined along the main elongated direction CD to the width of the perforation holes 2 determined in vertical direction regarding to the main elongated direction amounts to at least 3:2. The elongation at break determined along the main elongated direction is at least twice as high as the elongation at break determined perpendicular thereto along the width of the perforation holes 2. Also, for the formation of the respective perforations 2, an associated laser beam is moved over the elastic film 1 along the main elongated direction CD of the elastic film 1 over a length of at least 200 μm in a relative movement, and thereby a plurality of perforations 2 are formed on the elastic layer material using a laser beam such that the perforations 2 obtain elongated forms along the main elongated direction CD.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
