Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the labor of turning-over and shifting of a forged product by arranging a push-up device for turning-over pushing up the other side edge higher than the one side edge of the forged product forged with forging dies.
CONSTITUTION: When the working fluid in a cylinder 35 for turningover is in the high pressure condition by accumulating, the working fluid is supplied into a cylinder for knock-out to ascend each knock-out pin 25L, 25R in a little, and the biting of the forged product 23 to a lower die 13L is released. A pin 33 for turning-over is quickly ascended, and the left side of the forged product 23 is suddenly pushed up. Then, a part of the forged product 23 is beforehand held with tongs and the inertia at the time of momentarily ascending the left side of the forged product 23 is supplementarily utilized and the forged product 23 can be shifted to the adjacent forging die in the following process by vertically turning over. By this method, the turning-over and the shifting of the forged product can easily be executed.
