Abstract:
To provide an elastic hinge provided with both of mechanical strength and durability and allowed to be accurately, easily and smoothly operated without being blocked.
The elastic hinge includes a 1st knucle 1 united with the face part 2 of a glasses frame screwed into a 2nd knucle 4 connected to a side frame 5 by an elastic device 6 provided with a spring by a screw 3. The device 6 is formed unitedly with the 1st knucle 1 and elastically deflects the front part 12 of a branch part 5 from cams 20, 21 partitioning two stop positions for side frame 5. A small plate 32 formed from a low frictional material and having a shape bent at right angle is arranged between the front part 12 and the cams 20, 21.
