In a damper mechanism 45, a first plate 56 has a first window part 60 and a torque transmission part 63 which are formed alternately in rotational direction. A second plate 57 is fixed to the first plate 56. A plurality of second window parts 73 extending over portions corresponding to a plurality of the torque transmission parts 63 and on both sides of rotational direction thereof are formed in the second plate 57. Springs 54a, 54b, are arranged between the first plate 56 and the second plate 57 in the first plate 56 and the second plate 57 in the first window 60 and are lined up in series in the direction of rotation. An intermediate body 55 is disposed between the springs 54a, 54b. A drive member 52 is provided with pawls 52b abutting on both ends in the direction of rotation of the springs 54a, 54b inserted axially in the second window parts 73.
