Title:
ELASTIC MATERIAL TO BE FIXED TO CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60164516
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To strengthen the bonding force between the bottom face of a caisson and an elastic material fixed by using the elastic material consisting of a rubber body, projections integrally forward with the upside of the rubber body, and a rigid part piercing the projections.

CONSTITUTION: An elastic material to be fixed to the bottom of a concrete structure, e.g., caisson, etc., consists of a rubber body 1, projections 2 integrally formed with the upside of the rubber body 1, a rigid part 3 piercing the projections 2, and a reinforcing layer 4 buried in the tip portion of the projections 2 rather than the rigid part 3. To fix the elastic material to the downside of the bottom wall of a caisson, concrete is placed on the upside of the elastic material to bury the projections 2 and the rigid part 3 to form a bottom wall 5. Since the projections 2 and the rigid part 3 are buried in the bottom wall of the caisson, the bonding force between the caisson and the elastic material can be strengthened.
