Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic member feeder, which can properly control an arrangement shape of each of a plurality elastic members, is excellent in productivity, and is provided with a simple device structure.
SOLUTION: An oscillational mechanism C oscillating and feeding elastic members 3, 3 to the predetermined positions in a sheets A, B is provided, and the oscillational mechanism C is provided with a plurality of elastic member guiding parts arranged in a shaft part and is constructed of an oscillation guide 20 oscillating in the axial direction of the shaft part and a mother roll provided with a plurality of endless curved type guide grooves, which are arranged on the roll circumferential face and provided with different curvatures. The plural elastic members 3, 3 wound out from a feed roll 2 are guided into the curved guiding groove in the mother roll 10 while being oscillated via the oscillation guide, and then, the elastic members 3 guided in the curved guiding groove are fed to the predetermined positions on the sheets A, B on the basis of the shape of the curved guiding groove according to the rotation of the mother roll 10.
