To provide elastic pavement material for roadway which effectively prevents noise at running a vehicle, and particularly improve slipage resistance at wetting.
For elastic pavement for roadway, elastic pavement material 2 of fixed thickness is laid on a base layer 1 constituted out of asphalt, concrete, and the like of a road. This elastic pavement material 2 is constituted by combining elastic aggregate 3 with rigid aggregate 4 through resin binder 5 made of urethane resin or the like such as polyurethane resin and solidifying them. The elastic aggregate 3 is made of rubber mainly containing SBR, and a rubber compound of which tanδ at 0°C is 0.5-1.5. This tanδ is measured at temperature of 0°C, initial strain of 10%, amplitude of ±2%, and frequency 20 Hz, by the use of a viscoelastic spectrometer made by Toyo Seiki Seisaku-sho, Ltd.
