To provide an elastic staple capable of solving a problems that, although a conventional metallic staple needle can drill a hole easily, staple needles formed of soft raw materials such as paper, synthetic fibers or the like are available now because of a problem in safety and a needle holding means, an opening means for an object to be locked, a needle insertion means or the like of the soft needle having an unstable shape are extremely complicated and their operations are extremely troublesome.

The staple is constituted by inserting and pressing a group of needles formed of the soft materials and composed of a plurality of soft needles 4 into a cylindrical needle holding case 12, providing a front erected wall 13 covering a front face at a tip in the longitudinal direction of the needle holding case, providing an upper part opening 14 between the front erected wall and a tip of an upper face plate 8 and a lower part opening 15 between the front erected wall and a tip of a bottom face plate 11, operating a periphery covering blade 19 of a hole drilling guide implement 25 advancing toward the lower part opening from the upper part opening to drill a hole, and guiding and locking one soft needle on the tip side into an object K to be locked.
