Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject flexible sueded fabric, rich in fitness and having a base part having stretchability under a napped layer by applying some elastomer from the napped layer side to one surface of a napped part in a napped base fabric. CONSTITUTION:For example, a knitted fabric, having a base layer consisting of a base fabric, having stretchability and containing polyurethane-based elastic fibers, etc., under a napped layer of a napped base fabric consisting of a base fabric to nap the surface to impregnate the polyurethane elastomer from the napped surface of above-mentioned napped surface of the above-mentioned knitted fabric and provide an ultralow pickup of elastomer in a part on the side of the base layer side of the napped layer. Thereby, a stretchable sueded fabric is obtained. The resultant fabric is flexible and excellent in fitness as compared with that of a conventional fabric and has good formability.
