To prevent the resonance frequency of a supported body from matching or being close to natural frequency occurring with the operation of the supported body without uneven distribution of low-strength parts in a damper or an increase in manufacturing cost thereof.
The central part of a damper 40 for elastically supporting a supported body on a supporting body is formed with a shaft insertion hole 41. Between the outer periphery side of the damper 40 and the shaft insertion hole 41 are formed a plurality of first holes 42 and second holes 43 alternately at a prescribed angle. On the outer periphery side of the damper 40 corresponding to the intermediate part of the first and the second holes 42, 43 are formed a plurality of notched grooves 44. The notched grooves 44 reduce the spring constant of the damper 40. The notched grooves 44 reduce the spring constant of the supported body or the like in response to the lightening of the supported body and compensate for the increase in the resonance frequency thereof.
