Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic surface wave apparatus, in which less unconformity between a reflection wave in a strip and a propagating surface wave is generated, and asymmetry double electrodes to enable to realize a good one side direction are used.
SOLUTION: This elastic surface wave apparatus has asymmetry double electrodes in which the basic section Z is arranged repetitively more than two times at least, through setting up a half wave length section, in which the first and second strips 2 and 3 different in width is arranged on a piezoelectric substrate, as a basic section Z. And then, in this apparatus, when the center of the basic section Z is set up as a reference position, the absolute value of the reflection center, which is calculated from a composite reflection vector obtained by composing reflection vectors in the edges X1-X4 of the first and second strips, is which a range of 45±10° or 135±10°, also the absolute value of the phase difference between a excitation center and the reflection center is within a range of 45±10° or 135±10°.
