A piezoelectric substrate equipped with exciting electrodes on the main surface is mounted on an insulated substrate arranged with conducting patterns for signal transmitting and grounding on both front and back sides. The conducting patterns, which are connected with those exciting electrodes, are arranged only around the outer surface of the insulated substrate, while the central surface of the insulated substrate is exposed to the exciting electrodes on the piezoelectric substrate.
