PURPOSE: To simplify the manufacturing process and to enable the device to withstand shock, by containing elastic surface wave elements so that they are opposed to external terminals via anisotropic conductive sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A square shaped anisotropic conductive sheet 6 is in contact with external terminals 2, 3, 4, 5 broadwise the sheet and an elastic surface wave element 7 is in contact with the sheet 6 for electrode leads 7a∼7d broadwise the sheet 6. Further, transducers 7e, 7f of the element 7 and its propagation path 7g are contained in the inside window of the sheet 6 and the electrode leads 7a∼7d are located on the sheet 6.
