Abstract:
To provide an elastic washer made of polyurethane with meeting the requirements of the compression elastic modulus and initial compression set for elastic washer, exhibiting a small drop of the compression set after a hydrolysis durability test, and a small drop of the fastening force with elapse of the time.
The elastic washer for fastening a joint part of a structure with a fastening screw member is made of polyurethane in which polyole component consists of at least one of the polycarbonate polyole and polyether polyole and whose Shore D hardness lies between 40 and 60.
