The elastomer composition contains base latex, and a thermoplastic ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA). The base latex contains at least one of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) latex, and carboxylic styrene butadiene rubber (C-SBR) latex. The method for making gloves as an elastomer product having interpenetrating structure comprises the following process: making a mold come in contact with the elastomer composition, and making the elastomer composition on the mold vulcanization to form an elastomer product having the interpenetrating net structure.
