To provide a manufacturing method of an elastomer molded product capable of enhancing productivity while ensuring the appearance properties of the elastomer molded product.
The cavity 10a (molding recessed part 13) of a mold 10 is filled with an elastomer and the elastomer charged in the cavity 10a is dwelled. Air is sent to the boundary of the surface of the elastomer in the cavity 10a and the inner wall surface of the cavity 10a (in this case, the molding recessed part 13 of a fixed molded 11) simultaneously with this dwelling to form an air heat insulating layer between the surface of the elastomer and the inner wall surface of the molding recessed part 13. After the elapse of a predetermined time, the sending of air is stopped, the air heat insulating layer is opened to cool the elastomer in the cavity 10a and the molding of a cover member 6 being the elastomer molded product is completed.
