Abstract:

To provide an electret-converted film (ii) which can stably maintain a high-charged state over a long period of time by using a porous resin film (i) having high insulation resistance and adding charge therein.

The electret-converted film (ii) is formed by piling up surface layers (B) 3 and 4 made of a stretched resin film on at least one side of a core layer (A) 2 made of a biaxially oriented resin film having holes. The porous resin film (i) having a steam permeation coefficient of 0.1-2.5 g mm/m224 hr and a surface resistance value of at least one surface of 1×1013-9×1017Ω is subjected to direct current high voltage discharge treatment to be converted into an electret.
