Abstract:

To provide an electret having an electro-conductive layer which minimizes the performance decline of the electret when the electret having the electro-conductive layer as a material for an electricity and electron input-output device is formed.

The electret (F) 1 includes the electro-conductive layer in which dielectric films (B) 3 and 4 provided with the electro-conductive layers (E) 7 and 8 having a surface resistance value of 110-2-9107 through adhesive layers (C) 5 and 6 on at least one side of an electret-converted film (A) 2.
