Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret sheet that has high piezoelectricity.SOLUTION: In the electret sheet, a charge is injected into a synthetic resin sheet that includes an insulation synthetic resin and a silica aerogel, and the synthetic resin sheet is charged, thereby, when an external force joins the electret sheet, the void formed between rosary secondary particles that compose the silica aerogel is easily transformed, the positive charge and the negative charge collected in the interface of the silica aerogel and the synthetic resin that contacts to the same easily cause relative displacement accompanying with the deformation, an excellent electrical response is caused along with the relative displacement, and the electret sheet has excellent piezoelectricity.
