Abstract:
To enable operation depending on a diagnosis result of an electric actuator.SOLUTION: An electric actuator (100) comprises: a first sensor (HU, HV, HW) that detects rotation of a motor (10); a second sensor (40) and a third sensor (41) that detect mechanical displacement of an output mechanism (30) mechanically displaced in response to the rotation of the motor; a comparison circuit (72) that compares mechanical displacement amounts of the output mechanism calculated from outputs of these sensors with each other; a diagnosis circuit (73) that diagnoses conditions of the first, second and third sensors on the basis of results obtained by comparing among first, second and third displacement amounts by the comparison circuit; and a control circuit (50) that decides an operation form for controlling the rotation of the motor depending on the diagnosis result by the diagnosis circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
