Abstract:
To provide an electric actuator for a valve having high valve opening/closing accuracy though it is compact.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 1 for a valve includes a motor portion 2 generating rotational driving force by receiving supply of electric power, a ball screw device 3, a valve shaft 4, and a motion converting mechanism portion 5 for converting linear motion of a nut member 32 of the ball screw device 3 into rotary motion of the valve shaft 4. In the electric actuator 1 for the valve, a screw shaft 31 of the ball screw device 3 is rotatably supported by a pair of bearings 33, 34, and the valve shaft 4 is disposed between the pair of bearings 33, 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
