Abstract:
To realize cleanability in a direct over part on which a slider reciprocates and in a space within a predetermined range limited in the direct over part, without requiring laying of a tube for suction or increasing manufacturing cost.
This electric actuator has a cooling air body 80 communicating with the space 20 via ventilation holes 90a and 90b formed in an actuator body 16, and a fan part 19 having an impeller 88 for forcibly sucking air in the space 20 of the actuator body 16 under energization of a motor 84. The air sucked by the fan part 19 is delivered from an exhaust port 92 formed at an end of the air body 80.
