Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator that can surely perform locking and unlocking by preventing inclination of a lock member and smoothly performing a forward and backward motion of the lock member.SOLUTION: An electric actuator comprises a drive part, a motion converting mechanism part for converting a rotary motion from the drive part to a linear motion in the axial direction parallel to the output shaft of the drive part, a driving force transmission part having a transmission gear mechanism for transmitting driving force from the drive part to the motion converting mechanism part, and a locking mechanism part 7 for preventing driving of the motion converting mechanism part. The locking mechanism part 7 has a lock member 60 that advances and retreats to be movable to a locking position for preventing driving of the motion converting mechanism part and to an unlocking position for not preventing driving of the motion converting mechanism part. An inclination prevention part 90 is provided for preventing inclination of the lock member 60 with respect to the advancing and retreating direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
