Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable electric actuator excellent in operation accuracy of a screw shaft.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 1 incudes an electric motor part A, a motion conversion mechanism part B and an enclosure 8 housing them. The motion conversion mechanism part B has a screw shaft 93 arranged coaxially with a center of rotation of a rotor 52 of an electric motor 29, and a nut 92 being fitted to an outer periphery of the screw shaft 93, and supported rotatably with respect to the enclosure 8 via a rolling bearing 9. In the electric actuator 1 where the screw shaft 93 moves forward and backward in an axial direction as the nut 92 rotates, a third enclosure constituent member 83, out of multiple enclosure constituent members constituting the enclosure 8, is formed of an iron-based metal material, and the enclosure constituent member 83 has a load receiving surface 83a which abuts on the rolling bearing 9 in the axial direction, and receives a thrust load acting on the rolling bearing 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
