Abstract:
To provide an electric actuator capable of suppressing a decrease in detection accuracy of a rotation sensor.SOLUTION: An electric actuator comprises: a speed reduction mechanism coupled to a motor shaft; a case for housing a motor and the speed reduction mechanism; an output unit to which rotation of the motor shaft is transferred via the speed reduction mechanism; a first rotation sensor 62 detecting rotation of the output unit; a housing part 100 provided in the case and housing the first rotation sensor; and a holding member holding the first rotation sensor in the housing part. The housing part comprises a first recess 130 recessed at one side in a first direction, and a support surface facing the other side in the first direction and arranged closer to the other side in the first direction than a bottom surface 130a of the first recess. The first rotation sensor comprises a sensor body 64 including a sensor chip 64d and housed in the first recess, and a protrusion 65b protruding in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction from the sensor body. The protrusion is supported on the support surface from the one side in the first direction. The sensor body is arranged so as to be separated from the bottom surface of the first recess to the other side in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
