Abstract:
To provide an electric actuator capable of detecting a turning angle of an output shaft stably and accurately.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 10 includes an output shaft 61 rotating around an output axis J3, and outputting power of a motor, and a ring-shaped output sensor magnet 63 being attached concentrically to the output shaft 61, and rotating together with output shaft 61. The output shaft 61 includes a first external-diameter part 64a having a first external-diameter R1, and a second external-diameter part 64b including a part having a second external-diameter R2 larger than the first external-diameter R1. An outer peripheral surface 642 of the second external-diameter part 64b is facing an inner peripheral surface 632 of the output sensor magnet 63, and a distance L63N to a crown 63N of an N pole, and a distance L63S to a crown 63S of an S pole are larger than a distance L63B to a boundary 63B of the N pole and the S pole, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
