Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fixing and final bonding of a printed board and a casing member by forming a mechanically abrasion resistant joint between components, using a fluid foamable material which is hardened later. SOLUTION: At least one of a conductor board 2, a casing member 5 or a flexible conductor path 3 forms a mechanically abrasion resistant joint between components, using a fluid foamable material 6 which is hardened later. Consequently, fixing and final bonding of a printed board and the casing member can be effected easily by simply filling with a foamable material. In particular, simple assembling work is ensured by fixing a power component to a thermally conductive casing member at each step and subsequently connecting a connection component, which is led out before final mechanical fixing of a final component, with the printed board.
