To provide an electric apparatus assuring higher safety operation which can automatically turn OFF the power supply circuit when the power failure recovers, so that the operation can be started again after the safety is assured even when operation stops due to the power failure and power failure is recovered later.
This electrical apparatus determines, when supply of power to the primary side power supply circuit 21 is started, whether the switch apparatus S is turned ON or not, through collation with the content stored in a memory, and it controls a control system circuit 28 to continue or terminate the power feeding to the primary side power supply circuit 21 depending on the result of such collation. Therefore, the electrical apparatus assuring more safe operation can be attained so that the power feeding to the primary side power source circuit 21 can be quickly stopped at the time of recovery from the irregular condition such as power failure, and danger can be prevented by confirming whether any irregularity is not generated during the power failure or not before re-starting of operation.
