To provide an electric apparatus capable of raising connection reliability of a connector to a circuit board.
The electric apparatus includes: a box 13 formed with a panel 14 and storing the circuit board 15; an opening for a connector formed on the panel 14; the connector 11 wherein a seat surface 25 having an outer shape larger than the opening for a connector is formed on a body 18 leading out a connection section electrically connected to a circuit board 15 via the connection part, and a mating connector connection section 27 inserted into the opening for a connector on the seat surface 25 and projected to a box outside section 26 is formed; and a regulating plate 32 wherein the tip section 16 of the regulating plate becomes a free end by fixing a base end section 31 on a panel inner surface located inside the box 13 and the tip section 16 comes in contact with a regulated surface opposite to the seat surface 25 of the body 18. The regulating plate 32 preferably has elasticity of an elastic limit larger than a stress generated by connection of a mating connector.
