The flow of air in the package house is controlled by using a heat insulating wall, a duct and a fan. When a trouble occurs in the air-conditioner, the measurement of an outside air temperature and an internal temperature with a monitoring device 14, the intake of outside air with a suction fan 10 and the exhaust of high temperature air with an exhaust fan 11 are automatically controlled.
