Title:
RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR OBJECT TO BE SHIELDED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3157937
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To decompose a microscopic material early and actively while leaving a rubber constituent in the sunshine or in the soil or the like as it is after the use of it is finished by forming the rubber constituent for a material to be shield of rubber formed by mixing the microscopic material composed of respective photodissociative or biodegradable polymers.
CONSTITUTION: A rubber constituent for a material to be shield is formed by using rubber formed by mixing a microscopic material composed of photodissociative polymer or biodegradable polymer. Thereby, after the use of the rubber constituent is finished, this can be decomposed early and actively by using ultraviolet radiation or a microorganism while leaving this in the sunshine or in the soil or the like as it is. As a result, storage space of one's use finished product can be reduced, and pulverization of the rubber constituent or regeneration of rubber becomes easy. Since the rubber constituent is used as the material to be shield, the microscopic material is not decomposed when it is used, so that rubber performance can be stabilized. By the way, the rubber constituent is applied, for example, to a tube 2, a flap 3 and a sealing ring 4 of a tire T.
