Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight lift bed with tilting function and a compact and lightweight electric bed, having horizontal state and tilting state with a compact and simple driving mechanism.SOLUTION: An oscillation link 63 oscillates around a fixed rotational fulcrum(a turning shaft 37). When a bed is located in the highest floor position, only a piston 54 of a lift actuator 52 on the foot side is retreated, and a link 62 is turned about a turning shaft 47 counterclockwise. Consequently, a part of the link 62 closer to a turning shaft 64 than the turning shaft 47 is to move upward, but the link 62 is lowered since the part is connected to the oscillating link 63 via the turning shaft 64. As a result, only a part on the foot side of a bed frame 40 is lowered via the turning shaft 47 and a link receiver 45. Since a head side of the bed frame 40 remains elevated, the bed frame 40 is tilted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
