Abstract:
To straighten smoothly an air current discharged from a centrifugal type fan, and to improve furthermore an energy efficiency or a blowing efficiency, in an electric blower.
This electric blower 1 is equipped with a bowl-shaped fan cover 44 covering the centrifugal type fan 35 and having an inflow port 41 on the center of a bottom part 42, a straightening vane 45 having spiral guide ribs 51, 52 provided on the surface, and a plurality of straightening guides 61 provided on the fan cover 44 and tilted so as to be separated from the bottom part 42. The straightening guides 61 straighten the air current discharged from the outer circumference of the centrifugal type fan 35 by the outer circumferential part of the straightening vane 45.
