A suction port 1 to be connected to a main body casing 2 in an attachable and detachable manner is used. A rotary blade 11 is axially connected with a motor 3 housed in the main body casing 2 and arranged on the upstream side of it, and a filter 17 is arranged between the suction port 1 and the rotary blade 11. The suction port 1 is provided with a holding cylinder 22 and an air vent forming body (so-called a brush) 30 to be combined with the holding cylinder 22 detachably. The holding cylinder 22 is connected with the main body casing 2 detachably, and the air vent forming body 30 is connected with the holding cylinder 22 detachably. Since the connecting relation of the holding cylinder 22 and the main body casing 2 is attachable and detachable, the filter 17 can easily be replaced. Since the connecting relation of the holding cylinder 22 like that and the air vent forming body 30 is attachable and detachable, various air suction port forming bodies 30 are used in a replaceable manner. Thus, both of harmful substances stuck to the human body and those moved from the human body to the garments can simultaneously be removed and the invisible harmful substances are effectively prevented from spreading to a wide area.
