Title:
ELECTRIC CABLE BUNDLE PACKAGING BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000344285
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent a load collapse from occurring in a shrink-molding, discrim inate the kind of an electric wire at a glance, and enable the recycling without a sorting classification by tying an electric wire wound into a ring-shape with a heat-shrinkable resin band, and cover-packaging the electric wire bundle with the same resin film by providing an opening section communicating with the hole section of the electric wire bundle.

An electric wire bundle 1 which is bundled by winding into a ring-shape is press-bound with a tying band 2 made of polyethylene therephthalate. Then, the surface of the electric wire bundle 1 is covered with a shrinkable film 3 constituted of the same polyethylene terephthalate while providing an opening section 5 communicating with the hole section 4 opened at the center of the electric wire bundle 1, and thus, the electric wire bundle 1 is shrink-packaged. By using the same polyethylene terephthalate for the tying band 2 and the shrinkable film 3, the recycling of the packaging materials to be wasted after the usage is facilitated. Also, when the slipperiness of the film is too high, and the film slips too much, the film may be constituted by mixing a polyester based adhesive in polyethylene terephthalate.
