Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of touch position deviation due to difference in parasitic capacitance from a routing pattern of a coordinate input panel.SOLUTION: In a capacitance type touch panel, a surface resistor is provided on a coordinate input panel, and a polygonal resistive peripheral electrode is arranged so as to surround the surface resistor. In each detection electrode at a corner part of an apex of the polygonal resistive peripheral electrode, a routing pattern to be electric connection means is two-dimensionally formed, is drawn out from the outside of the resistive peripheral electrode at any one place of the panel, and is connected to a signal processing part through a signal connection line compacted at one place. In the signal processing part connected to the detection electrode, provided are signal detection means of measuring current flowing in the detection electrode and means of calculating a coordinate of a touch position. In order to make current for a parasitic capacitance flowing through the detection electrode uniform, the capacitance type touch panel device is provided with a parasitic capacitance adjustment pattern in which the lengths and widths of the respective routing patterns are substantially identical.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
