Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of controlling a backup object load even when output voltage of a sub-battery is insufficient.SOLUTION: In an electric automobile 2 disclosed in the present specification, when controlling ON-OFF of a switching element 53b of a boost circuit 53 after switching an output switch 52 by electrically non-conducting sub-power source wiring 24 (internal wiring 24a1 and 24a2), since an alternate current flows to a coil 53a, induction electromotive force generated in a choke coil 50e of a secondary side circuit 50 is supplied to an auxiliary machine 26 via backup wiring 59c. The backup wiring 59c is provided with a diode 59b in the direction for supplying electric power to the auxiliary machine 26. Thus, since DC electric power is supplied to the auxiliary machine 26, even when output voltage of a sub-battery 22 is insufficient, the specific auxiliary machine 26 such as a steering system can be controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
