A base part 32 o an operating handle 9L (9R) is fitted to a rear wheel axis 28 freely to be rotated, and a piece 35, which is provided at a position close to a grip 13a by a distance LL (RR) from the base part 32, is connected to a handle bracket 52, which is extended from a load carrying platform 5, by a bolt 53 so as to fix the operating handle 9L (9R) at two positions of the rear wheel axis 28 and the load carrying platform 5. The distance LL is thereby sufficiently secured, and since the supporting rigidity is large, even in the case where a large bend is applied to the operating handle 9L (9R) by moving the grip 13 upward and downward, the working force is distributed, and the excessive force is not applied to the fitting part. In the case where the operating handle is set for a rather small worker, fitting angle of the operating handle is set at θ2 smaller than θ1, and the ground height to the grip is set at L1 smaller than Lh.
