Abstract:
To provide an electric circuit system which can estimate a short circuit between PINs of adjacent output drivers of CMOS-ICs by as an easy method as possible.
The electric circuit system has a first switching element (QH,1, QH,2) and a second switching element (QL,1, QL,2) as output driver, and the first switching element and the second switching element have different resistances (RDSon) in the switched-on state.
