PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circular saw which enables improvement of the workability.SOLUTION: An electric circular saw 1 includes: a circular saw blade configured to be rotated by driving of a motor; a cylindrical part 13a through which chips occurring during cutting by the circular saw blade passes; and a holding part 3 extending in a cutting direction of the circular saw blade. The cylindrical part 13a is formed so as to pass through an area below the holding part 3 in a direction intersecting with an extension direction of the holding part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
