Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the electric cleaner with which a sucking port body can be mounted on the main body of the cleaner in the state of turning a suction nozzle in a prescribed direction at all times.
CONSTITUTION: In this electric cleaner, a main body 1 of the cleaner, for which a mounting hole is formed from a dust collecting chamber to the outside, and a sucking port body, for which the base end part of a suction tube 7 is fixed to the suction nozzle, are provided, an inner tapered face 4a is formed on the inner wall of the mounting hole, an outer tapered face 7b is formed on the outer wall of the suction tube 7 and the suction tube 7 is inserted to the mounting hole so that the inner and outer tapered faces 4a and 7b can be pressure-contacted with each other, the suction tube 7 can be pressurized into the mounting hole and the sucking port body can be mounted on the main body 1 of the cleaner. Then, a positioning projecting part 7c is formed on the outer wall of the suction tube 7. At the same time, a positioning groove 4b, to which this positioning projecting part 7c is inserted is formed on the inner wall of the mounting hole and an unfastened gap C for finely moving the suction tube 7 pressurized into the mounting hole in the circumferential direction is set between the circumferential directions of the positioning projecting part 7c and the positioning groove 4b.
