Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a joint structure between honeycomb panels excellent in rigidity and strength, simple and easy in execution work, rich in general purpose usability and excellent in a cost respect.
CONSTITUTION: In a joint structure, connecting end parts 3, 4 of honeycomb panels 1, 2 are connected almost flush by placing in a butt condition a pair of interposed recessed/protruded mold materials 14, 15. The recessed mold material 14 is provided with an engaging part 18 protrusively provided from a substrate part 16, and the protruded mold material 15 is provided with an engaging part 21 protrusively provided from a substrate part 19. Both end parts 22, 23 of the substrate parts 16, 19 of the recessed/protruded mold materials 14, 15 are brought into contact and engaged from the outside with both skin plates 9, 10 of the honeycomb panels 1, 2, further to engage the engaging part 21 of the protruded mold material 15 in the engaging part 18 of the recessed mold material 14 meshed, engaged and unmoved by engaging irregularities 17, 20.
