Abstract:
Provided is an electric compressor motor that can effectively suppress or eliminate the occurrence of insulation breakdown based on a defect of an insulator that insulates a winding and a core. The motor of the electric compressor has an insulator 33 placed between a winding 23 of a stator and a core 22, and a resin film 36 configured by a plurality of layers is placed on an inner wall 34A of the insulator 33. The resin film 36 is bonded to the inner wall 34A of the insulator 33 using an adhesive agent having a lower dielectric constant than itself, or ultrasonic waves.
