Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electric connector terminal and an electric connector capable of fitting a receptacle electric connector to a plug electric connector being rotationally moved. CONSTITUTION: Contact parts 4 formed on a pair of contact strips 2 are formed as tending toward the front face, the upper face and the lower face of a receptacle electric connector and tapes 5a, 5b are formed on the front faces, the upper faces and the lower faces of the contact parts 4, respectively. Tapered parts 5a, 5b are also formed between the front face and the upper face and between the front face and the lower face, ranging from the upper faces to the front faces and to the lower faces of the contact parts 4 formed on a pair of contact strips 2. For the receptacle electric connector having the contact parts 4 provided with insertion gaps 3 for another terminal between a pair of contact strips 2, single or plural contact parts 4 are formed on a pair of contact strips 2 with tapers 5a, 5b ranging from the upper faces to the front faces and to the lower faces.
