Abstract:
PURPOSE: To keep a connector in the latch condition against a circuit plate, by creating a recessed part on the inner edge of a contact beam attached on insulating member, by attaching a pin on the recessed part, and by locking the connector on the pin. CONSTITUTION: Plural separate contacts are attached on a slender insulator, and a tuning-fork like edge of each contact is entirely rectangularly bent against the center of it. Conductive pins 22 are attached in line on circuit plates 10, 12, and a conductive trace 18 and the pins 22 on the plate 10 are connected electrically. The pins 22 and connector 16 on the plates 10, 12 are arranged corresponding each other in interval, and the inner edge of at least one contact beam in each tuning-fork like part of contacts has not only electric connection but also a self-locking recessed part. The recessed parts receive their corresponding pins, lock the contacts, and lock connectors 16 on pins 22. Thus, connectors 16 and traces 18 on the plate 10 stand in line and connectors 16 are kept in the latch condition against the plates 10, 12.
