Title:
ELECTRIC CONTROL VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3672380
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such fear that functional parts may not be destroyed even though a fluid shock is applied, by arranging a valve element holder which is fixed in a valve main body and in which a valve element is slid on its inner wall, and a second coil spring which is mounted between a connecting rod and a rotor and energizes the connecting rod on a valve seat side.
SOLUTION: When impact pressure from fluid is applied from an outflow pipe 12 to a valve chamber 13 side, a connecting rod 4 is upwardly moved while being resisted against the energization force of a third coil spring 18. Following to this movement, a second coil spring 17 is compressed through a second spring receiver 20, and functions to absorb fluid impact force. The upward movement of the connecting rod 4 is completed when a stopper 4b is brought into contact with the internal horizontal surface of the upper part 14b of a valve element holder 14. Therefore, a valve element 3 may not be moved upward, and also a rotor 8 and a slider 28 may not be moved upward, thus impact force may not be transmitted between the slider 28 and a guide rod 29, and the damage of an electric control valve 1 can be prevented.
