To improve temperature sensitiveness precision of a temperature sensor by installing a temperature sensor and a temperature fuse in a projection part arranged downward beneath a bottom part of a steam generating container in a cooker comprising the steam generating container arranged below a cooking container having a rotor inside and provided with a heat generating unit in the bottom part.
In pounding steamed rice into dough for rice cases, for example, among various kinds of cookings, firstly, a steam generating container 7 is filled with water while glutinous rice is put in a cooking container 3. Secondly, a control circuit 22 controls a temperature of the steam generating container 7 according to a sensed temperature based on a temperature sensor 24 so that glutinous rice inside the cooking container 3 is steamed up. Subsequently, an electric motor 17 is controlled so that cooking is carried out by the rotation of a rotor 5. In this case, a projection part 23 is arranged downward in the vertical direction on the bottom part side of the steam generating container 7, and a temperature sensor 24 arranged on the bottom part side of the steam generating container 7 and a temperature fuse 25 arranged below the temperature sensor 24 are fixed to the projection part 23 by means of a screw 27 via a mounting tool 26. In this way, a temperature can be detected by means of the temperature sensor with excellent responsiveness.
